Lingo PR & Digital has been working with Homeworld Helensvale since 2015 to deliver a range of marketing and public relations activities.

Lingo PR & Digital now manages the marketing and PR for Homeworld Helensvale and its associated precincts The Dining Quarter and GC North Medical Hub.

Ongoing deliverables include:

  • Creation and costing of an annual marketing and PR plan for the Centre
  • Daily liaison with retailers
  • Marketing support for retailer initiatives
  • Public relations and editorial pitching
  • Social media management
  • Website design and management
  • Production of two lifestyle magazines per year called “Homeworld Magazine”
  • Monthly reporting

Outcomes since our appointment include:

  • Growing the social media following from 0 to over 8,000 followers
  • Growing the Centre’s email database from 1,200 to 8,400 + subscribers
  • Securing regular state and local PR coverage
  • Regular media coverage with The Courier Mail, Gold Coast Bulletin and in industry publications such as Inside Retail and Gold Coast Business News.
